1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a booking, or otherwise using the WrestleFanent website (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform or make a booking.

2. Who Can Book

You must be at least 18 years old, or booking with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian, to make a booking on the Platform. By booking, you confirm that all information you provide — for yourself and for any traveller included in your booking — is accurate and complete.

3. Packages & Pricing

WrestleFanent offers curated WrestleMania 43 tour packages (Rookie, Never Seen 17, and Immortal), each with its own inclusions, price, and payment structure as described on the Packages section of our website.

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Package inclusions (hotel nights, tickets, meetups, and other experiences) are as described on the Platform at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
• WrestleFanent reserves the right to update package pricing and availability at any time before a booking is confirmed. Prices for an already-confirmed booking will not change.

4. Booking & Payment

• A booking is provisional until the required advance payment is received and verified.
• Once your advance payment is verified, your booking status changes to Reserved. Once full payment is received, your status changes to Confirmed.
• Any remaining balance must be paid before the deadline communicated to you, and in all cases before departure.
• Payments are made via UPI (or Razorpay, where enabled) using the payment details shown on the booking page. WrestleFanent is not responsible for payments sent to any account or UPI ID other than the one displayed on the Platform at the time of your transaction.
• It is your responsibility to submit an accurate UPI transaction reference (UTR) for each payment so it can be verified against your booking.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Ensuring you and every traveller on your booking hold a valid passport with at least six months' validity from the date of travel, and any visa or travel authorisation required for Saudi Arabia.
• Arranging your own travel insurance, unless explicitly included in your package.
• Providing accurate traveller details (name, age, gender, and contact information) for every person included in your booking.
• Complying with local laws, hotel policies, and event conduct rules while on tour.

6. Changes We May Make

Occasionally, factors outside our control (venue changes, flight schedule changes, or changes made by WWE or our hotel and venue partners) may require us to adjust specific elements of a package. Where this happens, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer a comparable alternative where feasible.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund terms are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

WrestleFanent curates and coordinates travel experiences but is not the operator of WrestleMania 43, the airlines, or the hotels involved in your package. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WrestleFanent's liability for any claim relating to your booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, including flight delays, venue changes made by event organisers, or circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you provide false information, attempt to defraud the Platform, or violate these Terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us, subject to our obligation to retain records relating to any existing booking.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform or a booking will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
