WrestleFanent ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and the associated WrestleMania tour booking platform for wrestling fans travelling to WrestleMania 43 in Riyadh. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our site, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

When you create an account, make a booking, or contact us, we may collect:

• Account details: full name, email address, phone number, and city.
• Booking details: selected package, traveller names, ages, gender, and contact information for each traveller on a booking.
• Payment information: transaction references, UPI transaction IDs (UTR numbers), and payment amounts. We do not store your UPI PIN, card numbers, or banking credentials — payments are processed through your own UPI app or, where enabled, Razorpay.
• Communications: messages you send us via email, Instagram, or phone.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and general usage data collected automatically to keep the site secure and functioning correctly.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and bookings.
• To verify advance and balance payments and confirm your reservation.
• To communicate booking confirmations, updates, and tour logistics (hotel, flights, meetups) to you.
• To respond to support requests sent by email, phone, or social media.
• To comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements.
• To improve our website and booking experience.

4. How We Protect Your Information

Your account and booking data is stored with Supabase, a third-party database provider that encrypts data in transit and at rest. Access to your personal and booking data is restricted using row-level security, meaning only you (when signed in) and authorised WrestleFanent staff can view your booking details. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to operate this platform, including Supabase (database and authentication) and, where enabled, Razorpay (payment processing). These providers process data only as necessary to deliver their service to us and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Access and update your profile information at any time from My Profile.
• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to our obligation to retain booking and payment records for accounting and legal purposes.
• Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.

7. Data Retention

We retain booking and payment records for as long as required by applicable accounting and tax laws in India, and for as long as needed to resolve any disputes relating to your booking. Account information is retained until you request deletion, unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons.

We use essential cookies required to keep you signed in and to remember your booking session while you complete a reservation. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date above whenever we make changes.
